Embroidery Digitizing
VLead’s talented Embroidery Digitizers can transform your design into exquisite stitch work. We produce embroidery designs for all types of substrates including Jerseys, T-shirts, Polos, Jackets, Fleece, Sweatshirts, Caps, Towels, Bags, Uniforms and Gowns.
VLead has invested in 3 embroidery machines (Barudan and Tajima). Every design is tested by sewing them out onto fabric appropriate to your application, this translates into fewer thread breaks and optimized thread count for lower production costs.
We digitize more than 400 files a day. Our policy has been “Get it right first time.”

I need to open an account, how do I do it?
You can open an account by calling or e-mailing us.
How do I send my jobs?
VLead’s VIS Portal, E-mail or FTP. For customers who plan to send more than 200 jobs a month, free FTP space is provided at VLead.
What quality controls have you adopted?
All files are completed by artists/digitizers and quality controlled by the Quality Assurance team. Furthermore, these are random sampled by the Manager.
Could you send me your price list through e-mail?
Certainly yes. To receive our updated price list, e-mail a request to sales@vleadservices.com.
I am a high-volume, more than 10 jobs per day customer. Do you offer special pricing?
Yes. Prospective customers who plan on sending more than 200 jobs a month qualify for special pricing.
what are your turn times?
Guaranteed next business day for U.S. and Canadian customers. For the rest of the world, 24 hours from the receipt of artwork.
When do I get the invoice?
You could choose daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoice options.
What payment options do you provide for payment of invoice?
Paypal and Wire Transfer.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
